The NOAA-funded Citizen Science, Civics, and Resilient Communities (CSCRC) project is pleased to make available one-time stipends to 20 recipients selected through a competitive application process . The Dauphin Island Sea Lab (DISL) Marine Mammal Research Program seeks a motivated undergraduate or post BS-level intern to assist in data collection and sample processing related to ongoing marine mammal research projects.
Nature-based education has been gradually gaining a foothold throughout the world, especially with early childhood programs that expose toddlers and preschoolers to the wonders of the great outdoors.
In Pakistan EYLAR is the only institute providing Nature-Based Teachers' Training Courses.
The course include online study plan along with 3 months practise with children in school or daycare. Making of your portfolio and a project specific.
Its a 6 months course.
The Outreach Coordinator and Naturalist is a unique position, with three major roles:
1. To promote McDowell Environmental Center to schools and communities in our area through outdoor classes, on and off-site programming, and conferences.
2. Work with the Animal Programs Director to do on and off-site animal programs and animal care.
3. To be the primary Naturalist within our program; educating others on the flora and fauna of our area.

Pisces is now accepting project inquiries for a round of grants that will range in amount from approximately $5,000 up to $150,000 for a 12-month period. We will award grants to nonprofit organizations and their collaborators that seek to build the capacity, cultural relevance, and professional development of the environmental education field in their given state or region. Eligible nonprofit organizations in this category are often referred to as backbone organizations working to support, strengthen, and further develop the field throughout their region.

The primary purpose of this position is to develop and implement new, innovative curricula including programs for the University of Montevallo at Ebenezer Swamp Ecological Preserve, the UM Organic Community Garden, the James Wylie Shepherd Observatory, University Lake, and other UM sites as needed.
Onsite residential lodging will be required for this position. Room and board will be included in the compensation at an estimated value of $7,800/annually.
