Overview:

Farm School staff assist with vegetable production and animal care, teach established lesson plans, lead night programs, and aid in program development. Instructors must have a college degree, possess CPR and First Aid certification, and undergo a background check.

Positions are available for the 2019-2020 school year, fall and spring seasons. Instructors' base pay is $300/week, with seasonal raises. Benefits include meals and housing in our newly built Grace House or duplexes. All instructors have private bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a community kitchen, living room, laundry machines and expansive porches and rocking chairs to enjoy the awesome Alabama forests and beautiful sunsets.
