WHEN: All entries must be submitted in digital format by 11:59 PM EST on April 15, 2019.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE? High school seniors and college undergraduates who will attend college in 2019.
VIDEO DETAILS: Videos must be no more than 60 seconds in length and comply with contest rules.
PRIZES: Four scholarships of $1,000 USD each will be awarded.
