The Midwest Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies is seeking proposals for the "Education and Interpretation: Ensuring Relevancy for the Future" symposia as part of their annual conference to take place in Overland Park, Kansas, from February 12–15, 2023.
We are developing a new curriculum resource, with eight activities focused on Climate Change and Forests, and are looking for educators to pilot test them. This new resource is being developed through Project Learning Tree Canada (PLT Canada) and will also be adapted for educators in the US through Project Learning Tree (PLT). Would you be interested? This position will educate Omaha public middleschool students on Nebraska native wildlife while also supporting social-emotional learning in the afterschool setting! Educators work 3-6 one hour lessons per week between 3-6PM Mon-Fri.
