Environmental Literacy for Vermont is a project of Vermont's Statewide Environmental Education Programs alliance (SWEEP) and the Four Winds Nature Institute. Together, they identified environmental education needs and opportunities and created a Roadmap to Environmental Literacy for Vermont. This roadmap divides the state into its 14 counties and describes two or three successful and replicable environmental projects and initiatives in each county. This living document is being continuously edited, expanded, and improved, to path a successful path for achieving environmental literacy in Vermont.
