Facilitate a two-week science research expedition for high school students from Los Angeles. We are looking for educators who enjoy the outdoors, promote safety, and support teens!
The Program Manager role is key to the successful delivery of the Earthwatch mission. The PM is responsible for managing partner relationships and delivering programs to time, budget, global mission priorities and protocols and a high standard of quality. He/she is an excellent relationship manager with a focus on delivering high standards of customer service. He or she communicates priorities effectively and strives to find better ways to support scientists, funders and colleagues.
The Operation Smart Water Research Coordinator will work with local partners to coordinate and deliver the Operation Smart Water (OSW) field research program. The OSW program includes recruiting, preparing, and leading members of the public (e.g. youth, community members) in field research (i.e. community science) and events.
Project Kindle is seeking Fellows to train in Earthwatch procedures and assist on a research expedition during summer 2018. After completion of the program, teachers will have the opportunity to bring their own students on an Earthwatch expedition in the summer of 2019 or 2020.
