We are looking for a motivated employee that wants to share their passion for gardening and nature with children and their family in a garden setting.

• Share the joy and wonder of nature and gardening with visitors
• Display a customer service orientation towards the public at all times
• Assist with and lead children’s educational programming primarily for children ages 2-6 and their families
• Ensure the safety of all by informing visitors of and enforcing the rules of the garden
• Light garden maintenance including, but not limited to weeding, watering and mulching.
• Operate model trains in the garden
•  Attend training classes led by the Education Program Coordinator once a month
• Must be able lift up to 20 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, work out of doors in varying weather conditions including rain and extreme temperatures.
