The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) recently introduced the OceanReports web tool, enabling anyone to analyze ocean “neighborhoods” for specific needs. Drawing on 100 data sources useful for conservation and industry development, OceanReports provides one-stop, fast, open access to custom reports and spatial data.
Draw a custom area anywhere in U.S. waters, or pick from a predefined list of locations to get instant custom reports. Reports include descriptive infographics and supporting data that can be used for studying coastal cities' impact on the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, and the Gulf of Mexico.
