Invitation to join Affiliate Network Equity Call Today at 2 pm EST

Hi all! The NAAEE Affiliate Network has a monthly call for affiliates working on centering equity in their work and advancing justice and equity in the field of EE. We meet the second tuesday of every month from 2-3 pm EST. All are welcome to join. I volunteer as the coordinator for this group. If you want to join the mailing list so you have updates about future calls feel free to email me olivia@meeassociation.org and I can add you to the list. We are having a call today at 2 pm and our conversation is focused on how to center equity during the covid crisis in our affiliate organizations. If y'all email Olivia Griset (Olivia@meeassociation.org (link sends e-mail)) she can put y'all on the email list. We just had our June meeting, but y'all could find out about upcoming meetings. And Anita, I'm sorry that you had a poor experience with your affiliate during the last conference. There is always a small group of folks from this group that gets together during the conference, and while this year's conference is going virtual, you're more than welcome to go traipsing through future conferences with us.

Hi! The Affiliates Equity and Inclusion call is the 2nd Tuesday of every month, 3-4 PM ET. I think it's the same zoom link each month, but Olivia can confirm. If you email Olivia, you can get added to the list and get the invite each month. All her info is in the above post. It's been a very informative and supportive group!
