My particular neck of the woods is north Louisiana. EE has never been particularly strong here, but it's fallen completely off the radar in recent years. STEM, on the other hand, is getting a lot of attention. I feel like highlighting the STEM alignment of many EE programs is the best way to sell EE in my area. What about your neck of the woods? Do you need to jump on the STEM bandwagon to sell EE?
