I found the book insightful and challenging, provoking a lot of reflection into situations where the conflict overshadowed the initial problem. Ripley provides scalable examples, providing value for a variety of readers.

I recommend checking out "High Conflict" for conservationists as behavior change can easily spiral into high conflict.
