New "Equity and Inclusion in Environmental Education" Resource Library

EENC is thrilled to announce our new "Equity and Inclusion in Environmental Education" online resource collection! (https://eenc.wildapricot.org/DEIresources) We have organized articles, research, videos, podcasts, books, people, and organizations from across the internet into five categories:

- Making the Case for Equity and Inclusion in EE
- Helping You Learn More: Deeper Dives, Strategies, and Best Practices
- Teaching With Equity and Inclusion
- Inspirational People and Stories: Shining a Spotlight on Amazing Work by Phenomenal People
- Building Your Network: Organizations, Business and Agencies

Our goal was to help bring together resources so anyone can spend their time learning rather than searching. This collection is open and accessible for anyone to use - so please free to share these links widely!

We want this to be a living and growing library, so if you have additional resources to share or if you have feedback to help improve the collection, please let us know.

Happy learning!

Thank you so much for sharing this!

I am pursuing a masters degree in Environmental Education from Prescott University. My background and primary focus is on adult education, specifically in the training environment.

I am an NAI certified interpretive trainer and I want to explore the ways in which diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) can be incorporated into the field of interpretation through program development, outreach, collaboration and interpretive training.

I'd also like to research philosophies and strategies for the ongoing development of DEI best practices in the broader field of Environmental Education.

If you can think of any resources specific to the adult learning environment, that would be much appreciated.

Thank you.
