The Group Program Instructor is responsible for teaching and leading different classes and activities that may include: pre-approved academic curriculum for ecologies and teambuilding; recreational activities such as boating, high ropes, orienteering, and campfires. The Group Program Instructor will prepare program areas and instruct participants in all classes assigned. It is essential to ensure the safety of participants, proper use of camp equipment, and proper use of the camp facility. Provide an enjoyable experience to participants. The Land Steward Intern will assist the Stewardship Director and Senior Land Steward of Friends of Hopewell Valley Open Space (FoHVOS). Primary activities include field work and project administration. Field work will consist of performing control of invasive species, rare species stewardship and ecological monitoring. Administrative activities will include GIS (Geographic Information System) mapping and data management.
