This position is based at Pioneers Park Nature Center (Lincoln, NE) and responsible for directing year-round early childhood programs and activities at Pioneers Park Nature Center, Calvert Recreation Center, and other assigned locations. Primary teaching responsibilities will be at the nature preschool program at Pioneers Park Nature Center. The Preschool Director (Assistant Center Supervisor) will develop an environmental education curriculum utilizing lesson plans that incorporate outdoor play and nature exploration, environmental stewardship, and Nebraska Early Learning Guidelines.

Preschool Director (Assist Center Supervisor) assists with planning, coordinating, and implementing licensed preschool and other early childhood programs; administrative tasks; hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating program staff; and, community engagement and promotions.

Full time with benefits. Schedule: weekdays 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
