Educators deliver the NorthBay Academy curriculum in four key areas: literacy and helping students succede in online learning, social emotional learning through outdoor education routines, enrichment - film making, fine art, music, gardening etc, and health and fitness - think climbing, hiking and kayaking to replace school PE. Educators work either day or night shifts and duties are similar between the shifts. Room and board avaialble. Extensive training both with academic experts from Johns Hopkins and the SEL/Outdoor Education leaders at NorthBay. Ideal candidates are available immediately and have the capacity to love kids no matter what. Bachelors or equivalent experience preferred.
