Overview:

Required:

Minimum of Master's degree in a field related to Educational Education; minimum of five years' experience as an executive director in a non-profit setting.

A high level of written and oral communication skills; organizational skills; computer skills (word processing, database management, spreadsheets); ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people, including faculty, staff, visitors, donors and administrators; record of successful management of a non-profit organization; familiarity with recent and emerging trends in environmental education. 

Preferred:

Doctoral degree and interest in teaching undergraduate or graduate students preferred.  Previous experience in an educational setting; with a record of successful fundraising.
