As our Texas and national programs expand, EcoRise seeks a professional to lead select Texas programs and provide support in multiple regions across the United States. The EcoRise Program Manager will lead teacher outreach, support, and professional development in three or more high impact hubs in Texas, administer grant funds for student projects, conduct program evaluation, and organize regional Student Innovation Showcases. The Program Manager will report to the Program Director and must be based in Central Texas or San Antonio.

Skills and Qualifications

Required

• 3 years teaching experience in a core content area or CTE classroom, K-12.
• Experience implementing Problem-Based Learning.
• Experience with instructional coaching, and designing and facilitating teacher professional development.
• Fluency with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills.
• Must have a personal vehicle, be willing to travel an estimated 5-10 days per month, and work occasional nights and weekends.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-driven personality with effective project management skills; attentive to details with keen aptitude for organization.
• Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps.

Preferred 

• Proficiency with Salesforce and Canvas Learning Management System.
