Red Gate Farm is a non-profit education center located in Ashfield, Massachusetts. Located on an old 60 acre New England farm, RGF is home to various gardens, pasture land, livestock, and forest trails. We host overnight and day programs, events, and workshops throughout the year. Farmer Educators at Red Gate Farm are responsible for leading and developing farm programs, and assiting with general farm maintenance and operation. RGF's programs work with children ranging from ages 1-17 years old.  Employment at RGF requires a strong background in working with children and young people. Farm-based education and farming experience is preferred. Camp counselor experience or related work is also acceptable.

Employment packages include a salary, health insurance, on-site housing and board. Successful candidates will be ready for a minimum one-year commitment, will come with strong references regarding their work with children, and typically will have a college undergrad degree.
