Water is fundamental to Wisconsin’s identity. This Convention is part of Wisconsin Water Week, a time for everyone and anyone to learn more about what’s happening with our precious water resources and how they can be involved in protecting and restoring it. In addition to the Wisconsin Lakes and Rivers Convention in Stevens Point, WI, Water Week will offer numerous local, regional, and statewide opportunities for people to connect and engage with others on water-related issues.
The goal of this event is to bring together water stakeholders from across Wisconsin to share insights, ideas and inspiration for protecting and restoring the state's treasured and irreplaceable water resources.
This event is a collaboration of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Extension Lakes, the University of Wisconsin-Madison Division of Extension, and Wisconsin Lakes. We are a partnership of people caring for our legacy of lakes, rivers and streams through science, education, and citizen involvement.
