In addition to operationally-focused sustainability efforts in carbon neutrality, zero waste, water conservation, and more, the UC Santa Cruz Sustainability Office works to advance environmental sustainability and social justice, with a central focus on advancing multi-culturally relevant and inclusive approaches to caring for the environment. The Sustainability and Diversity Educational Programs Manager plays a key role in supporting existing programs, as well as advancing further innovation in education, diversity, and inclusion efforts and research for sustainability & environmental operations at UCSC.
