Overview:
Training: Instructors participate in a three-week training session in June and teach during July and August. Full-time staff members work with instructors to further develop and reinforce horticultural and environmental education skills.
Duration: begins June 12, 2018; runs 9-10 weeks; 4 days/week
Compensation: $15/hr
Qualifications: College-level studies or career experience in education, urban agriculture, nutrition, botany, or environmental or biological sciences. Must have experience teaching children. Ideal candidates will have experience and comfort working with youth and staff from diverse backgrounds.
