Counselors are responsible for overseeing the wellbeing of campers for the duration of each camp program. Counselors must be able to live in the dorms on the Sea Lab campus for each camp session in which they serve. All meals and housing during a designated camp session are covered, along with a modest stipend. Counselors should be able to withstand the high heat and humidity of summers on the Gulf Coast, as many activities take place outdoors, both in the field and on our vessels. While swimming is not a requirement, counselors must be comfortable on and around the water.
