Are you interested in teaching children exciting things about the outdoors in the outdoors?
The Outdoor School (TOS) is a residential outdoor education program that focuses on hands-on experiential education and outdoor courses for children in grades 4-9. TOS at Camp for All is amidst the lush lands of the Brazos Valley & TOS at Camp Champions is deep in the Hill Country in Marble Falls, TX. Outdoor Education Instructors & Retreat Facilitators will teach pre-approved academic and adventure curriculum, facilitate team building and high ropes courses and lead interesting evening activities.
Benefits include weekly compensation, housing, partial board, food and gas stipend*, three weeks of orientation and training, lifeguard/CPR/first aid certification, and pro deal purchases. Applicants must either be in college or have a degree, love children, have the desire and ability to teach and work in the outdoors, and be self-motivated, flexible and patient.
Positions are available during the fall and spring seasons (mid-August to late Nov. & mid-Feb to late May). There is also the opportunity to work multiple seasons, each with additional responsibilities, offering a holistic view of the administration and direction of an outdoor education center.
