UGA Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant offers a variety of internship opportunities in three locations: the UGA Marine Education Center and Aquarium or the Shellfish Research Laboratory on Skidaway Island near Savannah GA, the Brunswick Station in Brunswick GA, and on the main UGA campus in Athens GA. Intern opportunities range from participating in research projects to leading educational programming, and are designed to give undergraduate students practical experience in the fields of environmental science, marine education, or aquarium husbandry.
