Environmental Science Educators in Prince William Forest Park teach environmental science education programs to students from Virginia and Washington DC in a residential outdoor education setting. Most students are in the 5th or 7th grade, and attend for a three-day program. Educators use a student-centered approach to facilitate social and emotional learning, guide students through hands-on science investigations in the field, and help students build meaningful connections to nature. The position runs from Sep. 3rd - Nov. 8th, and includes furnished housing and a competitive daily rate.
