Overview:
We currently have an opening in the BioPark Education Department, Discover the BioPark Facilitator and Administrative Specialist. The position is hired through a staffing agency, not the City of Albuquerque and both are open until filled. So, please get your applications in ASAP!
The Discover the BioPark Facilitator is an environmental educator position. It includes teaching both on-grounds and off-site programming. It will require animal handling (because we are the BioPark!). Certification will be provided, but aptitude for handling animals while teaching is required. We are moving into our busy spring session, so we need someone ready to hit the ground running.

Compensation Information:
Work schedule: 40 hours per week with a varied weekly schedule, including evening, weekend, and overnight trips. Overtime is an option with prior approval.
Pay rate: $15.00 per hour.
Staff also receives: 10 complimentary BioPark admission passes after 6 months of employment and every 6 months following; and discounts at cafés and gift shops. This position is hired through a staffing agency, not the City of Albuquerque.
