Overview:
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical support to PLT State Coordinators, educators, and partners accessing PLT educational materials and/or professional development.
- Manage processes and data for PLT’s data warehouse, including online registrations and participant information.
- Assist with queries, reporting, and data visualizations to facilitate programmatic decisions and data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Manage fulfillment of PLT education materials (online and print) to PLT State Coordinators and educators through multiple distribution channels (shop.plt.org, coordinators’ store, and any new channels), including writing and uploading product descriptions, and researching pricing tiers.
- Coordinate and manage inventory of PLT educational and promotional materials.
- Coordinate printing and production of new and revised PLT educational products.
- Provide support for maintaining and improving PLT’s IT systems, including PLT’s e-commerce sites, WordPress websites, learning management system (Litmos), and metrics dashboard.
- Support management of the PLT Network, including maintaining contact lists, preparing monthly communications, and updating content on an intranet site.
- Monitor and support on-time quarterly and annual reporting by PLT State Coordinators.
- Support financial management and sales reporting.
- Perform other duties as requested.
