Today, Oct. 4th the gripping and thought-provoking documentary featuring Pope Francis, The Letter was released on the Feast of St. Francis by the Laudato Si' Movement. In it, top leaders from various faith backgrounds travel to Rome to speak with Pope Francis about the encyclical Laudato Si' and present how the climate crisis impacts their own lives and that of their communities. The film brings to life the transformative new vision of environmental protection and climate justice shared through Laudato Si’. Each person highlighted in The Letter represents a voice that is not being heard—the voice of the Indigenous, the voice of the young, the voice of the poor, and the voice of nature.
