Typical responsibilities include leading and teaching staff, volunteers and youth that are a part of our programs; program development and implementation; recruiting, training and supervising education staff members; marketing programs to the community and identifying new audiences/opportunities to support our program growth; as well as managing both the budget and compliance pieces of our youth programs.
