Help! I'm seeking a short documentary or doc segment that illustrates some of the environmental justice issues inherent in landfills. The story of a neighborhood or community fighting off a proposed landfill, or exposing the impacts thereof.

This sounds a lot like Dumping in Dixie, but I haven't been able to find a film treatment of the book.
